Peelings

Advanced chemical peels to address fine lines, hyperpigmentation, and uneven texture for smoother, brighter skin.

The Process

1

Consultation & Skin Analysis

We thoroughly assess your skin type, concerns, sensitivity levels, and aesthetic goals to select the optimal peel formulation and strength (superficial, medium, or deep) customized for your needs and downtime tolerance.

2

Pre-Treatment Cleansing & Degreasing

Your skin is double-cleansed and then degreased with a specialized solution to remove all oils, makeup, and impurities. This ensures even peel penetration and consistent results across the procedure area.

3

Precision Chemical Application

The selected acid solution (glycolic, salicylic, TCA, or combination) is meticulously applied to procedure zones in controlled layers. We monitor your skin's response and adjust timing based on your individual reaction and desired depth.

4

Neutralization & Removal

At the precise moment for optimal results, the peel is neutralized with a specialized solution and gently removed. The neutralization process stops the chemical action and prepares your skin for post-care.

5

Soothing Care & Recovery Protocol

We apply calming, hydrating serums and protective barrier cream to minimize discomfort and support healing. You receive a comprehensive take-home kit with gentle cleanser, healing ointment, SPF, and detailed day-by-day recovery instructions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it hurt?

Most clients experience a mild tingling or warm sensation during application, which subsides quickly. Lighter peels are very comfortable, while deeper peels may cause temporary stinging that's well-tolerated. We monitor your comfort throughout and adjust as needed.

Will my skin actually peel?

The amount of visible peeling depends on the peel strength. Lighter peels may cause minimal flaking, while deeper peels result in more noticeable peeling over 3-7 days. This is completely normal and part of the renewal process.

How many peels do I need?

Most clients achieve best results with a series of 3-6 procedures spaced 2-4 weeks apart. Your personalized plan will be created during your consultation based on your specific goals and skin response.

Can I get a peel before an event?

We recommend scheduling your peel at least 2 weeks before any important event to allow for complete healing and to reveal your best results. For lighter peels, 7-10 days may be sufficient.

What's the difference between peel types?

Superficial peels (glycolic, lactic) offer gentle exfoliation with minimal downtime. Medium peels (TCA, combination acids) penetrate deeper for more dramatic results with 5-7 days recovery. We'll recommend the best option based on your concerns and schedule.

Can I combine peels with other procedures?

Yes! Chemical peels complement microneedling, DermaFacial®, and other procedures beautifully. We often design multi-modal plans that alternate procedures for comprehensive skin rejuvenation. Timing and sequencing will be personalized to your needs.
